Applies to: America Online 4.0 or 5.0
The Easiest Way:

- Click Start - Programs - America Online - AOL System Information
- Click Utilities Tab
- Click Clear Browser Cache from the top
- Click Close

The More Difficult Way:

- Click My Files - Preferences 
- Click WWW Button
- From Temporary Internet files (midway through the window) click Delete
  files
- Check Delete Offline Content
- Click OK 
- From the bottom of the window, click Clear History
- Click Yes
